Once your item has been despatched we will notify you by email and a tracking number will be sent when available.
Although we work closely with our couriers to make sure orders arrive on time, on rare occasions there are delays or problems. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days please contact us
Although we make every effort to ensure your shopping experience is as easy and trouble-free as possible, we also understand that mistakes are sometime made. This is why we offer 28 day free returns on all watches from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please contact us before attempting to return anything. We will advise you on the next steps.
Once the watch has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment covering the price paid for the item and the cost of sending the item back to us.
Refunds are usually sent on the same day, but please allow up to 14 days for the money to reach your account.
